Info

Synesthesure is currently in beta.
The effects in it have been used for various baseline tests before efforts to “go all out” on the creation of effects started. It is stable and will run for hours/days. The base features of Synesthesure have been tested, and focus is now on some minor UI improvements and EFFECTS CREATION.

Unity is Synesthesure’s core graphics engine.
There is an asset on the Unity Asset Store to create visuals compatible with the Synesthesure music visualizer.

Unity’s documentation and onboarding for “newbies” is stellar, and it provides a solid platform to build on. With TONS of (even free) visual effects in the Unity Asset Store + YouTube vFX tutorials: Even someone that’s never used Unity or coded can get started without coding… by dissecting a few of Synesthesure’s demo examples.

Synesthesure can be remotely controlled by using OSC. Specifically: Out-of-the-box support for TouchOSC with full-featured TouchOSC layouts. TouchOSC is available on iOS, Android, PC, and Mac. It is free for PC and Mac.

NOTE:  Synesthesure requires a computer capable of playing 3D games.  As with 3D games, 4K resolution is supported but requires a powerful computer.
